DP-Tx™ Differential Pressure Technology was never designed as a single solution.

ChezLeon is building a broader wearable technology platform focused on comfort, movement, lymphatic support, swelling management, and recovery across multiple clinical and lifestyle applications.

From oncology recovery to orthopaedics, trauma, rehabilitation, and future sportswear concepts, our work continues to be guided by patient experience, clinician collaboration, and real-world learning.

DP-Tx™ Differential Pressure Technology was developed from lived experience and designed to support comfort, movement, and lymphatic health in a way that feels wearable and sustainable for everyday life.

While the DP-Tx™ Bra Insert is our first commercial product, the technology platform is being explored across a growing range of applications where swelling, lymphatic disruption, fluid management, and comfort remain significant challenges.

ChezLeon continues to work alongside clinicians, patients, and healthcare professionals to better understand how gentle differential pressure may support recovery, mobility, and quality of life across multiple settings.

Orthopaedic Recovery

Supporting comfort and swelling management following surgery and injury.

DP-Tx™ technology is currently being explored in orthopaedic applications where post-surgical swelling and fluid accumulation can impact comfort, mobility, and rehabilitation.

Early exploration includes:

  • Knee reconstruction recovery

  • Joint swelling

  • Post-operative support

  • Situations where traditional compression may be difficult to tolerate

Our focus remains on creating wearable solutions that patients are more likely to use consistently throughout recovery.

Head & Neck Applications

Exploring support for treatment-related swelling.

ChezLeon is currently involved in exploratory clinical work relating to head and neck swelling following cancer treatment.

This work is focused on understanding how gentle differential pressure may assist comfort and support lymphatic movement in sensitive treatment areas where traditional options can be difficult to tolerate.

Development in this area remains ongoing in collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Trauma & Complex Swelling

DP-Tx™ technology has also been explored in complex lower-limb trauma where swelling management can become difficult due to pain, sensitivity, wound complications, or poor tolerance to compression.

ChezLeon recently presented a clinical case study exploring the use of DP-Tx™ Differential Pressure Technology as an adjunctive support option in complex lower-limb trauma recovery.

The case involved significant swelling challenges where traditional compression approaches were difficult to tolerate due to pain, wound sensitivity, and recovery complexity.

The exploration focused on whether gentle differential pressure support could assist comfort, wearability, and swelling management within the broader recovery pathway.

Key themes explored:

The case study was presented at the Australasian Lymphology Association Conference 2026 as part of ChezLeon’s ongoing exploration into wearable lymphatic support technologies.

ChezLeon is continuing to explore how DP-Tx™ Differential Pressure Technology can be adapted into a range of wearable formats designed for different anatomical areas and recovery needs.

Development concepts currently being explored include:

  • Arm and upper-limb designs

  • Flexible wearable configurations for targeted swelling support

  • Garment-integrated solutions designed for comfort and movement

By adapting shape, flexibility, and placement, DP-Tx™ technology may offer a more wearable approach for individuals who struggle with comfort, heat, bulkiness, or poor tolerance associated with traditional options.

Our goal is to create practical, patient-focused designs that better support long-term adherence and everyday life.

Recovery & Sportswear Applications

Exploring wearable recovery support for movement and performance.

ChezLeon is also exploring future applications of DP-Tx™ technology within recovery and sportswear environments.

Swelling, fluid accumulation, and tissue stress can occur not only following medical treatment, but also after intense physical activity, injury, or prolonged loading on the body.

Future development areas may include:

  • Post-exercise recovery wear

  • Training and rehabilitation support

  • Recovery garments for active lifestyles

  • Wearable support for swelling and comfort during movement

The focus remains on creating lightweight, breathable, and wearable designs that integrate comfortably into daily activity and recovery routines.
