Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Standard shipping within Australia takes around 3-5 working days to most destinations.  If you need it faster, or if you know that couriers don't play nicely at your address then please upgrade to Express Post next-day delivery.

Shipping cost will be estimated and displayed when you check out.

We currently only ship within Australia.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Due to health & hygiene reasons items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty on receipt. Items cannot be exchanged for any reasons other than manufacturing defect. Please make your choice of styles, colours and sizes carefully. Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.

To start a return, you can contact us within 14 days . You will be provided an address to ship the item back to us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

If when returned the product is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay the transport or inspection costs.  An estimate of these costs will be provided before the product is collected/returned.

Replaced products will be of an identical type to the product originally supplied.

We will exchange your item or provide a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Damages & Issues

If you receive items that are damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or for a refund to be issued.

Warranties

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All of our products include a 2 year warranty. When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
